According to Mashvisor’s nationwide real estate market analysis, in 2021 the 100 most profitable cities for investing in long-term rental properties are expected to provide return on investment ranging from 1.06% in the New York real estate market to 4.16% in the Baltimore real estate market. This means that first-time real investors looking for lucrative deals should consider Baltimore as a possible location for their traditional rental property.
This city has another important advantage which makes it ideal for those just getting started. Namely, property prices there are significantly more affordable than in other cities. However, when exploring the Baltimore housing market 2021 for investment opportunities, you should keep in mind that the price to rent ratio by city there is relatively low.
